DONATION REQUESTS

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE FILLING OUT A REQUEST FORM:

Per ABC rules, Headlands can legally only donate beer (not gift certificates, merch, etc…) to federally recognized 501(c)3 or 501(c)6 organizations. For all donations, we will need a copy of your 501(c)3 or or 501(c)6 IRS Determination Letter (proof of non-profit status).

As a member of 1% For The Planet, we also only donate cash to organizations that are also 1% For The Planet certified.

For beer donations, please fill out the below form at least 30 days prior to your event. Once the form has been submitted we will reach out to you for additional information.
